Perfectly creamy and delicious mango pineapple smoothie! Just 4 ingredients blended together in under 3 minutes.

What You’ll Need to Make Mango Pineapple Smoothie
Frozen Mango – Use frozen, not fresh mango for this recipe! Frozen mango blends up perfectly into this tropical smoothie.
Frozen Pineapple – Just like the mango, your pineapple must be frozen before blending. If you can’t find frozen pineapple, simply cut up a fresh pineapple then freeze it yourself. For tips on how to cut a pineapple, check out my step-by-step blog post here.
Yogurt – Any plain and unsweetened yogurt will work! I used Forager non-dairy yogurt to keep my mango pineapple smoothie vegan and dairy-free. But just remember, whatever yogurt you use must be unsweetened. Any extra sweetener in your yogurt would throw off the balance in this recipe!
Coconut Milk – Coconut milk makes this smoothie extra thick and creamy! The addition of coconut also gives it that tropical taste. However, if you don’t like coconut, you can use any milk you’d like. Or, for an even easier recipe, use water instead!

Tips and Tricks
- Turn this mango pineapple smoothie into a smoothie bowl by using just 1/2 cup of coconut milk and blending in either a high-powered blender, or a food processor. Then, top your tropical smoothie bowl with your favorite granola and fresh fruit. I’ve done this many times, and the end result tastes just like ice cream – yum!
- Feel free to switch up this recipe however you’d like! All out of frozen mango? Use frozen banana instead. Or, add some hidden veggies into your smoothie with a handful of fresh spinach and/or 1/2 cup of frozen cauliflower.
- I went fancy with this healthy smoothie recipe and lined the inside of my glass with coconut cream. However, you can totally skip this part and simply serve your smoothie in a glass, straight up – it’s just as delicious!
