Ingredients

lettuce, finely chopped (iceberg, romaine, etc.)

chickpeas, drained and rinsed

Italian salami, chopped

freshly shredded mozzarella cheese
For the dressing:

olive oil

red wine vinegar

Instructions
Add all salad ingredients to a large bowl and toss.
Add all dressing ingredients to a small bowl and whisk to combine.
