Ingredients

(14-ounce) cans
full-fat coconut milk
1
(11.2-ounce) can
sweetened condensed coconut milk
1
teaspoon
vanilla extract
small pinch of salt
Instructions
Add all vegan vanilla ice cream ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Transfer to a lined loaf pan or large container, then freeze for 6 hours. Thaw for at least 10 minutes before serving.
