Ingredients

  • 1-2 roasted beets
  • 1 (15-ounce) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1-2 garlic cloves
  • juice and zest from 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, plus more to taste

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until completely smooth.
